A Hormone Health Membership Built for Women Who Are Done Guessing

Women aren’t taught enough about our bodies. And then when things go awry we often don’t know who to ask, are worried we won’t be taken seriously, or worse, are told everything is “normal” when we bring it to our medical team’s attention.

We need more spaces to bring women together. To share what’s going on, feel reassured that you aren’t the only one and feel supported in finding answers outside of “I saw this on Instagram.”

This membership helps you understand what your body is telling you so you can make better decisions for your health and support your body in the right way for you.

Common Questions about the Membership

  • The Hormone Club is for women who want to better understand their hormones and feel more in control of their health. It’s especially helpful if you’re dealing with things like PMS, irregular cycles, fatigue, mood swings, fertility concerns, or simply want to support your body more intentionally throughout your cycle.

  • No. While we will discuss fertility and hormone health, this membership is designed for any woman who wants to understand her hormones better, whether you’re trying to conceive, preparing for pregnancy someday, or simply want to feel better in your body.

  • That’s expected! This membership is not meant to replace your doctor. Instead, it helps you better understand your body and your options, so you can make more informed decisions and have more productive conversations with your healthcare providers.

  • The membership includes group coaching and Q&A calls, where you can ask questions and get guidance. While it isn’t the same as private 1:1 work, many women find the group format incredibly helpful because they learn from other women’s questions too.

*Please note nothing in the club is to be used or interpreted as medical advice

  • Most members spend about 1–2 hours per month attending the workshop and/or the group Q&A call. You’ll also have access to the recordings and resources so you can learn at your own pace and listen on walks or in your car as it fits into your life.

  • There’s a lot of information about hormones online, but it’s often generic or confusing. Inside the membership, the goal is to help you understand how to interpret what your own body is telling you and how to support it in a more personalized way.
