Stop guessing.
Start understanding
your body.
For women who feel like they’ve tried everything - but still don’t have real answers. This is where that changes.
MY STORY
I believed I was doing everything right.
I ate well, exercised, took care of myself. I assumed getting pregnant would be easy—because that's what I'd always seen and been told.
Then it didn't happen. Month after month, instead of getting pregnant, I experienced multiple early losses. When I tried to get answers, I was met with silence or reassurance that it was "normal." No one could explain what was happening or what to do next.
I felt completely alone. Nothing I found online made me feel clearer or more supported. I was doing everything I thought I should—but had no idea if any of it was actually working.
“So I started trying to figure it out myself.”
I changed my diet, kept searching, and eventually found a way to track my cycle more closely. For the first time, I could see what my body was actually doing. I had data. I could understand where I was in my cycle and act more intentionally. That changed everything—I got pregnant.
But even then, something didn't feel right. My pregnancy and postpartum experience were hard. Gut issues, anxiety, and later, another miscarriage when trying for my second. That's when I realized: getting pregnant wasn't the full picture. I didn't just want a positive test. I wanted to feel good in my body.
So I went deeper. I learned what my body actually needed—fueling it properly, supporting my gut, managing stress, understanding how it all connected. This time, things were different. My pregnancy felt better. My postpartum experience was completely different. My cycles became predictable, my symptoms improved, and for the first time, I felt like I understood my body instead of fighting it.
“I know what it feels like to do everything right and still feel lost—and I know how powerful it is when you finally understand what’s actually going on.”
That's why I do this work. When it comes to getting pregnant, you don't need more random advice.
You need someone to help you make sense of your body and a clear path forward.
